hi, i'm darren. i created the plant five method because i believe high-raw, whole food plant-based living should feel natural, welcoming, and free from the pressure of perfection. it’s not about comparison. it’s about finding a rhythm that feels intuitive, sustainable, and yours.

my approach has been shaped by every room i’ve worked in: studios, gyms, kitchens, coaching spaces, recovery environments, hospitality settings, and creative teams. across all of them, the thread has been the same: bringing out the best in others and watching them shine

i’m a recovery coach professional, ace certified trainer, health coach, movement artist, and co-founder of pure life wellness & recovery.

​

across these roles, i’ve kept studying how people change: what helps them feel safe enough to begin, supported enough to stay consistent, and clear enough to trust themselves again.
